This was such a beautiful day! The last warm day that we had this fall... I am so glad we took advantage of it and got out there and did this shoot. Such perfect timing! These cute kiddos were rock stars and they loved being in front of the camera. This made my job sooo easy and fun! I had a great time and really enjoyed editing these photos. 

I've known this family for four years now and they are good friends of my family. It's been two years since I've done their photos... and the kids have sure grown up since then! 

Melissa and Ricky both went to Purdue so we decided they needed some photos on campus. This is a favorite location of mine. This time we found some new spots for pictures and I loved how they turned out...

Love taking photos for family. Love taking photos of couples (not something I usually have the opportunity to do). Love taking photos in Utah. I was super excited (of course) when my sister in law asked me to take photos of her and my little-big brother while I was back home visiting family. Utah will always be "home" to me and I get to visit once a year. This year I spent all of July there and it was great! Joel is my really tall little brother, he and his wife have been married for 3 years now (right...?). 

The mountains were a perfect back drop. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to take photos in such a beautiful place. I am glad these two gave me an excuse to go out and take some photographs while I was on vacation.

Now that I am back home I am getting back into the swing of things. I have more photos to post, so I will be back soon...

2011

So many great memories! Last year was just fabulous. I look back at all the sessions I did while being pregnant at the same time and it was sure an experience to remember! I am so glad I continued to shoot even when I had a baby on the way. It was great to able to meet so many wonderful people and capture these photographs for them. 

Here are some of my favorites... but definitely not all of them. This post would go on forever I think.

This little girl was the only baby girl (besides my own) that I took photos for this past year. She was a sweetie!

More families to finish off a great summer...

I was able to squeeze in a photo shoot for my daughter and her friend in August. I was crazy busy and did 9 sessions, besides this one, from the end of July to the end of August. I was over 6 months pregnant and it was sooo hot out. Each and every photo was worth it though!

This was my only fall photo session in 2011 :( I was just too... well... pregnant. Kim Davis and her cute family...

Taking photos of my baby girl was such a great way to end the year! I have had a blast. Thanks everyone, you made this year in photos so memorable!

Now for 2012! I can't tell you how excited I am for this year :)
