Bethany.

This is my (gorgeous) little sister, who agreed to model for me months ago. We had the perfect setting, in the mountains. We were hanging out at my parents cabin in Utah and Bethany just happened to have this skirt on hand ;) The lighting made me so happy, the sky was so very BLUE and the wind just added the perfect touch. 

Bethany is that kind of girl who people just adore. She is clever, funny, pretty, stylish and incredibly fun to be around. She is an artist, writer, and an amazing photographer. Her blog is a fun place to visit... take a look if you have a second. She is going places people... and she is MY little sis. (Ok... bragging done. For now.)

Her birthday was yesterday and I realllly wanted these posted for her big day. But then the power went out last night and so it just didn't happen. Gah. But here they are, only 4-5ish months late. And there are a LOT. I couldn't leave any of my favorites out. 

Scout 9 months

I have to admit, when I took photos for Leslie back in January I couldn't help but think how beautiful their place would be in the fall. This was a session I was definitely looking forward to! It was beautiful with all of the fallen leaves. It's so neat to see how much Scout has grown each time I see her. She is 9 months old now...

We had to work hard for these smiles :) Scout knew what we wanted and she made us work for it!

And of course, here is Scout when she was a newborn, 3 month old and 6 month old... can't wait for 1 year photos!

Brandon, Kim and Gavin

Jason, Carrie, Maxon, Evelyn and Jude

I have had some FUN fall sessions this past month! Such wonderful families. Carrie, Jason and their kiddos were on the blog last year as well. As always, it's so great to see how the kids grow and change. Jude has changed the most since then... he was just a little baby! These cute kids were so fun and they gave me some great smiles. Love it. I also adore the colors Carrie picked out for this session. So bright and colorful...

Oh this photo is a favorite! Just look at Jude... So. Sweet. I love how Jason is looking at Carrie :) I love the silly faces that Maxon and Evelyn are pulling... this is my idea of a perfect family photo.
