Owen... 2 weeks...

You should be able to remember Elly... I posted her maternity photos not long ago. I loved the urban look and the bright colors we used in her maternity session... this session was quite the opposite. It was so calm and quiet. The light was soft and the colors relaxed. I love taking baby photos in the home. What a fun way to remember those first few weeks. Now Elly has two boys to care for and this little guy is just adorable! I loved getting to know little Owen and enjoyed taking these photos very much. 

I did a preview with this photo and just had to post it again... an all time favorite of mine!

Drew is a sweet big brother... I love the photos of the boys together. So many sweet moments. I asked Drew how much he loves his baby brother...

I am going to finish with another favorite from this session. This photo just took my breath away. The love moms have for their little ones is just amazing.

Fall Special

I've been having a hard time admitting it, but fall is just about here! Though I am sad to say summer is pretty much over, I am excited to let you know about my Fall Special. Fall is a perfect time to get family portraits done just in time for Christmas cards and gifts. So, here is the deal.... book a session with Jessica Bateman Photography during September, October, or November 2010 for only $40!! This is a great deal considering that it includes the session fee and a CD with 20-25 edited images (see more info about sessions here).
