Baby Ethan

This tiny boy is now one month old. I loved every second of this session... it was so calm and relaxed. When we started he was awake and we even got some smiles out of him. I can't wait till my next newborn session!

I'll start out with a favorite...

Melissa was so nice to let me take over her bedroom. The light was perfect and I loved the blue walls :) It was such a comfy setting and it turned out perfect.

Best Friends

I absolutely adored this session! I had an amazing time with these three girls. They have been neighbors for the past couple years and of course, they're best friends. Now Mckensey (Zane's sister) is getting ready to move... what a better way to remember her friends!  I was so excited when Mckensey's mom, Stephanie, asked me to take these photos for these girls. I had a million ideas running through my head and I have to say that everything went just how I pictured it. Stephanie had some fun ideas... the girls enjoyed flowers, bubbles, a tea party, sunglasses, exchanging secrets, streamers, dandelions, and just being together. I have too many favorites from this session and I had a hard time narrowing them down for the blog.....

I asked the girl's moms to name three words that describe their daughter, I can see each of these things in each girl...

I had this last photo in my mind during the whole shoot. I finally found the spot for it and it was that last photo I took of the day. Just perfect! These girls love each other so much and I love how this photo captures that.

Special thanks to the girl's moms... they worked hard to put this all together. I enjoyed this session so much! Thanks for letting me capture these special moments for you.

I have too many favorites from this session!! I got so many great smiles from this little guy! He was on the move through the whole session and we had a blast.

I have never met a child who likes sports and balls as much as this little guy! He loves football :)

I just love these running photos, cute!

Don't let these pretty green pictures deceive you :) It was surprisingly cold that morning, and windy! We stuck through it though and had a ton of fun. Every picture was worth being out in the cold!

Zane

This little guy is just too cute! I love his outfit, his hair and his big blue eyes. He didn't want his photo taken.... but I still had fun with him and surprisingly we got some cute shots.

I loved this session, and I loved this location! I also loved that we did it early this morning... what a perfect time for photos. This family was so easy going and they had so much fun together. They weren't camera shy one bit and that made my job so easy! I loved it all so much that I've been glued to the computer editing these photos all day.... well not ALL day....

I have to start with my favorite photo.... this is the moment that I just wait for during a session. Look how much they love their little boy, so sweet!

I also have to end with a favorite, I LOVE this photo... look at those beautiful eyes! (and his cute shoes :)) What a sweet moment.
